Adventure Nature Ski Hike

For the cross country skier with good turning and stopping skills, who is confident on narrow, steep trails, this expedition offers a chance to explore the winter interior of Letchworth State Park, with an expert skier and guide. Meet at the Camper Contact Station opposite the Perry Entrance at 10:00 am on Sunday, February 3, 2008. Bring water and a lunch and ski gear. If snow conditions do not allow skiing, a shorter hike may be substituted. 4 or 5 hours, 3 or 5 miles.
