Timberdoodle is another name for a woodcock, a small, brown bird that makes a beautiful sound with wind whistling through his wings as he flies courtship displays in the darkening evening sky. Visit the Haunts of the Timberdoodle on the east side of Letchworth State Park on Saturday, April 15 at 6:30 PM. Meet at the entrance road to the Mount Morris Dam on Route 408 outside Mt.
