Every year, bird watchers search for and count as many birds of as many species as possible in measured areas all over the country. If you can identify birds and are familiar with Letchworth State Park and the surrounding countryside and villages, call 585-493-3625 to speak to a naturalist (Doug Bassett)prior to the 15th and learn how you can take part. We all meet at 5:00 pm at the park visitor center to share food and findings. All day event, on your own or in small independent groups, car touring and on foot.
